  • Simon Gall
Simon is an experienced sports masseur who was trained as a Thai masseur in Chang Mai, Thailand, where they practice the more gentle Northern style of massage. Thai massage therapy is a unique form of body therapy incorporating gentle rocking, deep stretching, and rhythmic compressions. It is aptly described as "passive yoga". Not only does a good Thai massage feel great, it also has some very powerful therapeutic benefits. Website lstm.com

  • John Chatterton
After studying and practicing different styles of yoga for many years I was ultimately inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli. This remarkable lady interpreted the teachings of TKV Desikachar and BKS Iyengar and evolved her unique approach through their personal tuition. My teaching style emphasises the use of body mechanics and a mindful practice of self awareness, bringing about a balance between strength and flexibility. John, who is also a qualified Massage Therapist, has been running weekly yoga classes at The Therapy Centre since 2002.
