Yoga and Massage Retreat
April 13-15th 2012

A weekend of traditional Hatha Yoga - asana, pranayama and meditation. The retreat will also include massage workshops, featuring head, face and foot massage techniques. Fabulous food and guided walks on the moor. All activities on the weekend are suitable for beginners.
